I am new to Cardiology coding. I noticed that our office is still submitting deleted codes. I am trying to update their forms, but am unsure of where to point them for the "replacement" codes.

Please help

In the CPT 2012 Standard Edition Book on page 344 top rt cornor states 93555, 93556 see introductory guidelines for Cardiac Catheterization and Injection Procedures. I hope this helps you a little bit.
