Is anyone else having problems with Blue Shield of CA denying claims for CPT Code 93306 for the reason "authorization is missing" when you have confirmation that there is No Authorization needed?
I have had 20+ claims like this in the last week and when I call I am told it was a system error and that claim will be put back in for processing. This is so frustrating and time consuming and not to mention affecting my A/R.
