Wiki 93289 26 V45.02 denials

We've recently been receiving denials on the 93289 26 V45.02 from Medicare. This coding has previously been paid. However, our biller called Medicare and was told that V45.02 is being denied due to the LCD. I looked at the LCD and can't see any changes.

Is anyone else having this issue? I can't seem to find anything on the internet that supports the reason they're denying this.

Most status codes are secondary only codes, v45.02 is a status code you should be using either an aftercare V code or follow up V code first listed
