Wiki 93010 - Any information?

Hello... I am new to cardiology coding and I am finding that when my cardiologist is doing an EKG the same visit as his office visit, they (payors) are denying because I am billing out the 93010.

Is anyone else finding this?

Why isn't he billing with 93000? Is he doing these in his office? 93010 is just rhe interp.

his office is in the clinic of a hospital. so the staff is getting the 93005 and I was giving him the 93010.
