The 92937 and 92938 are we understanding these corectly to be a graft made from Bypass graft surgery?? If a stent or angioplasty is done in LAD but they went through the LIMA would the 92937 code be used? What about if the LIMA onyl was angio/stented? what code would be used? Several of us are seeing this differently.
