Can 92937 only be billed once? The wording each additonal branch subtended by the bypass graft is kinda confusing to me. Here is what our cardiologist performed.

Successful PTCA/Drug-Eluting Stent placement in the body of the SVG to the 1st Diagonal.

Yes. 92937 is for, "single vessel;" for additional vessels go to your add-on, 92938.

It appears stent/PTA was done in two separate CABGs so CPT codes are:
92937
92938
