Wiki 92507 speech therapy - can units exceed One per day?

I have recently started to bill for a pediatric speech therapist. There are a couple parents bringing their children in twice a week for a 30 minute session which is coded 92507. They would like to combine the two 30 minute sessions into one day at one hour session. I am receiving conflicting information from BCBS and from the current offsite biller. Does anyone confidently know if BCBS will pay 92507 at two units billed under one date of service. Please advise.

92507 is not a timed code.. It is billed as one unit regardless of time spent. If the parents want one 1 hour session and you agree, then it is 1 unit billed formthatbday.
