Has anyone read a Medicare rule concerning the size of a printed digital fundus photo, 92250, that it has to a minimum specific size? We do not normally print them, but I have been asked this question. I can't find a Medicare ruling anywhere stating a printed copy size requirement.

I do not believe there is a minimum size. I have never even heard of this being an issue.
