Wiki 92140 - Info About Deleted Code

I'm looking for some information on this code that has been deleted for 2017. I see that it was deleted by the CPT Editorial Panel, but I am looking for some detail, discussion, rationale, etc. to understand the issue a little better.

Also, if there are any details available describing what type of information is required to support this service, I would appreciate any links, etc.

along the same line, does anyone have a current CDR description for 92100? I haven't gotten my new CDR yet, and the only one I have on hand may not have the most current description (it was changed). Thanks!
