Wiki 92070 in post op period

Patient had surgery and returns complaining of FB sensation due to suture placement. Physician gave pt. bangage contact lens to alleviate FB sensation. Is 92070 billable or considered part of global surgery package? Is it billable if the patient doesn't have Medicare? Thanks!

Yes separately billable service for fitting & supply of the bandage lens.
You can bill it to anyone.
