Wiki 92014?

If Dr sees a pt for follow up and does not do a full dilated fundus exam, but does an OCT and Avastin injection in both eyes....would this meet a 92014? Dr says it wouldn't because the fundus exam wasn't complete she did not examine the vessels and retina. Appreciate the help anyone can give me on this. Thanks

At best it would be a 92012, with the addition of the OCT and Avastin injection (no need for a 52 modifier as dkaran suggested.)
