We are being asked to administer the 90715 Tetanus / Diptheria… vaccine in our Labor and Delivery department on an OP basis. We are using administration code 90471.
The admin code has a rev code of 771 and the vaccine has a rev code of 636.
We are being told we should be using the 761 treatment room for this service. However, Medicaid says do not use 761 for OP Vaccines.
Please advise on 1. the service itself when it is the only procedure on a dos (no other charges)
2. Are these the correct CPT’s for this service
3. What is the correct Rev Code for this service / environment
