90619 denial.. Does someone have any insight how we can it paid patient comes in for follow up HIV and 90619 vaccine admistered.

What kind of plan does the member have? Is it an ACA compliant plan that is required to cover immunizations based on the CDC amd ACIP guidelines?

Is it a Medicaid plan by chance or it is a commercial plan?
