If a patient comes in and has a lumpectomy done, and then during her next post op visit she has an infection so he puts a drain in (10140) , is that chargeable or is that part of her 90 day global period?
Also, if a patient comes back for their post op and he says everything is looking good but he ordered an MRI just to see if they got rid of all of the cancer, thats still part of the 90 day global period not a E/M level, correct?
