Hello! I'm looking for assistance locating a 9 digit mandated service code for Pennsylvania. I work at an inpatient acute psychiatric center. We are trying to submit a w/c claim on a UB and the carrier is denying requesting an itemized statement this is service code. The only thing I have been able to find out is that all digits are numbers. Any help would be greatly appreciate!
