Oct 1 Molina Medicaid wants us to bill zero on vaccine and $10.00 on 90460.Yet 90461 is not getting paid.
Does anyone have the correct way to do this in Florida.
Also I am having trouble with the 86580 given on well visit.Does anyone know what DX would be used.
It continues to deny both Medicaid and private.
