For Indiana Medicare we have been told that we can't bill 80305 and G0480- G0483 together on a claim in the same day? Is there a modifier that needs to be in place or did they possibly process this incorrectly, because I was under the impression that those two codes can be billed together it's the 80307 that can't be. Can someone please help me with this it's not saying it on the LCD anywhere on IN Medicare's web site so I need to get this figured out at soon as possible. I really appreciate it.
