Wiki 80 modifier

I have 2 Cardiothoracic provider in same office that will assist each other on CABGs and Valve Repair/ Replacement, would I bill this for each of them with a 80 modifier or since they are in the same practice this would only be billed once? Please some one shine some light on this for me. Thank you.

Bill out your cpt code for the procedure for both surgeon's but on the 1 assistant add the 80 modifier
