Hi all,

I am getting denied if I code 780.91 for 2 year old child. As per the book 780.91 is pediatric code and pediatric age is 0-17. Can anyone help me to understand?

The code 780.91 = fussy infant (baby). The child is 2. An infant is age les than one year.
