I was reviewing a dosimetry plan for basic calculations - dosimetrist is also counting
bolus calculations - I have heard in the past that bolus calculations are not billable.

Please let me know -
 
As long as the dosimetrist is performing a complete and separate calculation that is approved by the physician, you should be able to charge for a bolus calculation.
