Wiki 77063/77067 for FQHC

Hello,

Can anyone offer guidance for billing mammograms under FQHC. We are being denied for claims billed with 77063 and 77067. Are there any specific guidelines to submitting these claims?

are you billing medicare or another payer under an FQHC contract? They may require billing on a UB using the HCPCS codes, not the CPTS.
