Hello Forum,

We have a provider that does consolidated billing and had done a 76942 with 20605, global with place of service 22, outpatient. Medicare denied for place of service. I cannot find any information except for skilled nursing consolidated billing. The patient not in nursing home. Does anyone have this issue? What can be done?
