If a surgeon uses US guidance to gain femoral access on the left and right of the groin; then proceeds to perform iliac stent placements (37221 RT and LT). If he documents:

?Ultrasound evaluation of potential access sites
?Documentation of selected vessel patency
?Concurrent real-time ultrasound visualization of vascular needle entry
?Permanent recording and reporting (recording requires the permanent storage of images, reporting requires the documentation of permanent images obtained in the procedures report)

Would we report 76937-RT and 76937-LT? Should a -59 be utilized as well?

Any insight on using 76937 with 37220-37235 would be greatly appreciated.
