Question, does 76811 replace 76805 for the 20 week sono if high risk? I'm reading conflicting information on this. I know its more involved and documentation has to support the 76811 to bill for it but can we use that as the anatomy scan?

I would suggest you read the attached article. It is up to the provider whether they want to perform 76805 and then because of a finding refer the patient for 76811 to an appropriate provider. If the patient is initially being seen by a MFM specialist he/she may simply order 76811 based on history.
