Patient having this performed inpatient by my physician but not owned by my clinic. Do I append mod 26? The definition "dilation of nephrostomy..." sounds like a procedure but the definition also is for the radiological sup and interpretation.

Yes, the -26 modifier is applicable if your physician does not own the equipment.
