Our Techs believe that the CPT code 73120 is hand 2v bilat while our front office believes that to bill correctly it would be 73120 RT and 73120 LT. Who is correct? Please advise. Thank you.

It can depend on the payer.

Some payers will want one line with a 50 modifier. Some will want it on 2 lines. You'll need to confirm how each of your major payers want it billed and set up your edits accordingly.
