Hello - would you put mod 52 on 69433 on this procedure since the tube wouldn't fit?
PROCEDURE
After informed consent was obtained, binocular microscope and bimanual technique used to attempt LEFT PET placement. Topical phenol was placed in the posterior inferior quadrant. A myringotomy knife was used to make a standard radial incision. Fluid was aspirated from the middle ear space. PET was too large to be placed. Ciprodex drops placed. Well tolerated.
