Can I bill 65205 or would this be part of the E&M?

Fluorescein stain test shows corneal abrasion is present, but a retained contact lens was noted to be in the eye.
Procedure: Topical tetracaine HCL eye drops is used to anaesthetize Left eye. The retained contact lens was successfully removed.
