Wiki 64640 unit ?

Does anyone know what the acceptable amount of units can be billed with 64640, destruction by neurolytic agent, other peripheral nerve or branch? I billed 5 units and they are kicking this out as too much.

it is 1 unit for this procedure if you have multiple injections you will need to bill each one with a 59 on the second and subsequent, as long as each one is a separate branch or nerve.
