Wiki 64530 with LT and RT

Help.....Encoder does not list LT and RT as appropriate modifiers for this code, but I am finding that on other sites it is ok. Does anyone know the answer???

As per Medicare physcian fee schedule-- 1- Bilateral surgery payment rules apply (150%), Use modifier 50 if bilateral. Units = 1
