Wiki 64418 can it be billed w/shoulder artho codes

I have a question for all the orthopedic codes. If a surgeon is doing an arthoscopic procedure in the shoulder and then administers a suprascapular nerve block (64418) can this now be billed and paid on. Up until January first this code was grayed out in the CCI edit book and we were appending a "59" modifier. Some were getting paid but some were being bundled into the artho codes. Now the code is no longer grayed out so we stopped billing it. He is hearing from other shoulder surgeons that they are still using this code and getting paid for it. Can anyone tell me if they are using this code AND that they are getting reimbursed for it?

I ran this through our code correct software and 64418 is bundled into the scope and cannot be billed seperately.
