Our spine doctors are performing 63030 in the ASC and we are receiving denials for this now. Has anyone came across this? We cannot find this on the ASC payable list. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks so much!
Some of our commercial insurances pay for 63030. WPS-Medicare doesn't. Do you have fee schedules/calculators that you use. We know in advance what the intended procedure and if it is not listed on the fee schedule, the procedure has to approved by our administrator.
