Hi there. You are to use code 77003,(flouro guidance and localization of needle or catheter tip for spine or paraspinous diagnostic or therapeutic inj proc) when billing 62311 or 62310. You should get paid when you bill these 2 codes. Hope this helps!!!

The 77002 is not for spine. This could be used with 20610. 77003 should be used for any procedures that allow flouro on the spine. We use the 62311 with 77003 and have no problems
77002-Fluoroscopic guidance for needle placement (eg, biopsy, aspiration, injection, localization device)
77003-Fluoroscopic guidance and localization of needle or catheter tip for spine or paraspinous diagnostic or therapeutic injection procedures (epidural, subarachnoid, or sacroiliac joint), including neurolytic agent destruction
