No you don't. 96372 is for subcutaneous or intramuscular administration(like a B12 shot, or Depo Medrol). The 60000 codes report injections/aspirations into specific anatomic areas. If you check your CCI Edits (for example 64620 and 96372), you get an edit, meaning that this would be reported separately only if done for separate circumstances. They're not mutually exclusive, but they are two totally different procedures, done for separate reasons. Hope this helps.
