Wiki 57282 with mesh ?

hi, I am wondering... when 57282 is performed and use of mesh, is the Mesh included in 57282? or is there a code to bill for the mesh? I see 57267 but the note in cpt states that it is only billable with 45560, 57240-57265, 57285.

I also posted this in obgyn, a couple of days ago and haven't gotten any responses yet...

any help would be appreciated.

I was told you add the 57267 mesh code on. I don't think any of mine have rejected from it. (If they have, nobody's told me.)

Per tip from AAPC coder for code 57282, "Report code 57282 whether the physician performs a unilateral or bilateral suspension. If the physician uses a mesh system for this repair, do not report an add–on code for vaginal mesh."

From this, it would appear that the mesh is included in 57282.
