Wiki 52, 53 or not applicable?

Hi I have a quick question. A patient was seen for a pessary insertion. Provider documented they placed one, patient moved around, went to the bathroom and when she came back the pessary came out. So they tried another but without success. At this point the patient decided not have another one placed. Would this be considered a discontinued service?
