Can I bill for each stone? Or is only that only allowed if one of the stones were in the ureter?

"Attention was paid to the kidney stones, which were in separate anatomical
positions, 1 in the upper pole and 2 in the lower pole, nearly overlying each
other. ESWL of the upper pole was first undertaken and then of the lower."

I haven't actually tried this. But according to Mark Painter of PRS urology it can be done. I will attach the documentation our physicians gave us. Good Luck!
