Wiki 4th & 5th Amputation with Rays Resection and Skin Flap Closure?

If doc is doing a amputation 4th & 5th digits, left w/partial 4th & 5th rays resection can he also bill for a skin flap closure? I thought these were included into the amputation.

Yes, if your surgeon makes an opening to perform a procedure closing the skin is included with the surgical procedure as a basic rule.
