I am needing some help, our Dr uses the dx 465.9 for uri and he was asking me about the code for icd10, when we code it, it will be J06.9 unspecified. So I was checking to see what others are suggesting for dx: URI. Thank You!

If you crosswalk the code J069 back from ICD10 over to ICD9 it comes up with two ICD10 codes;
4658- ACUTE UPPER RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS OF OTHER MULTIPLE SITES and
4659- ACUTE UPPER RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS OF UNSPECIFIED SITE.
