Wiki 44361 billed with 44360 -paid for both?

My physician did an enteroscopy with biopsy (used a regular scope); he then came out and entered again and used a side-view scope - same session. can we bill and get paid for both? Should we bill with a modifier?

No 44361 & 44360 cannot be billed together. Even NCCI edit unbundling is not allowed.

44360 & 44361

You have to remember that you can NEVER bill a diagnostic code if the procedure involves something else. That applies to all of your procedure codes.
