I have a doc that used a mobilization of a splenic flexure (44139) but did not use the primary code 44140 but rather did a 44626 (Open reversal of colostomy). I know I can't use 44139 but is there another code for the splenic flexure that goes with 44626 that I'm missing? Thanks.
