Wiki 36415 vs 36416

When billing a 82962 what code is more appropriate for collection of blood for this test if taken from the finger? I'm thinking the 34616.
Any help would be greatly apreciated.

36415 is for venous draw and 36416 is capillary so if it was a finger stick then 36416 is correct.
