HELP please! I am an ortho coder for a physician that specializes in Knee and Shoulders works out great most the time but now we have a pt that the physician is ordering a M.E.L.I.S.A metel allergy test on and I have no clue how to bill it. We have ordered a kit for this but of course it doesn't say anything about billing. Is any one familiar with this or have any clues as to what code/codes would be billed? I know 36415 would cover the blood draw but I am deperate for any additional help! Thanks in advance!!!
