Wiki 3090x for nasal cautery during hospital consult

Hello: Left epistaxis bedside procedure. Packed once by different provider and now being repacked by ENT. Left nasal cavity anesthestized but further exam revealed no active bleeding site.
7.5 m rapid Rhino was inserted and inflated.
Is this 30901 or 30903 or 30905? Is 7.5 rapid Rhino for posterior or anterior nasal cavity?

The doctor needs to document where the bleed is/was.
That determines if it is anterior or posterior
