Wiki 3 iv infusion drugs sequential help

Urgent care non facility iv infusion of 3 diff drugs at different times same iv access not concurrent. How do u code for 3rd drug?
I've got 96365, 96367 ?

96365 initial if under 91 min. 96367X2 once for each new drug.

Is there mod 59 on 2nd 96367? And if more than 60 minutes then 96366 again?

A modifier 59 is not necessary on a 96367 as the code descriptor specifies it's a different sequential drug.

You cannot use a 96366 until the 91st minute has been reached of a single drug infusion.

Drug a for 2 hrs. 96365, 96366
Drug b for 2 hrs 96367, 96366
Drug c for 2 hrs. 96367, 96366
