had a patient call for appt for 2nd opinion for broken ankle - says she has been released to walk on ankle, but still quite painful & wants another dr. to look at her. date of injury was 7/4/12. still in global period by treating physician. any way to get paid for a visit for a 2nd opinion? thanks!
