failed anterior cruciate ligament allograft, left knee re-ruptured

went to the knee, insufflated it after the tourniquet elevated. found no interim damage other than a scuff on the posterior horn of the medial meniscus dorsal surface only and heated with elecrothermal heat. We saw the anterior cruciate ligament remnants were just horsetail like and removed those, and found that we had our femoral tunnel. therefore I thought i could easily get to it using an accessory medial portal when we come back and did not feel i had to go back to the hip and get more bone graft to pack the tunnel. I went down to the tibia opened up the tibial wound and removed the screw removed the sheath and the allograft freshened up the bone and filled up the tunnel.
