My insurance companies are denying 29882/29881 as "inclusive" even though they are completely different compartments (lateral and medial). Any suggestions on how to fight this denial AGAIN?

Are you saying a meniscectomy was performed in one compartment and a meniscus repair was performed in the other?

yes; for example a lateral meniscectomy to the left knee and a medial meniscus repair to the left knee.
