If the doctors did all of the procedures 29881, 29875 and 29874 what modifier would I use 51, 59? Not sure how to bill this.

If the doctors did all of the procedures 29881, 29875 and 29874 what modifier would I use 51, 59? Not sure how to bill this.

You would need a 59 mod to show either separate compartment or size of loose body being >5mm. But check the payer they may not pay either and you may need G0289 for 29874. Expect them to bundle the extra codes..
