Help, I'm new at coding ortho and my doctor billed 29879, 29876, and 29874 together and the insurance is bundling the 29874. Can you bill them together everything I read says that you can as long as I use a 59 modifier on the 29876 and 29874 and send in notes. Thanks for your help
